Colin is the star here, I knew nothing about electric bikes and he taught me all I needed to know. Showed me all options in my price range and let me decide. Absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I placed my order and there was a slight delay (from the manufacturer, no fault of the shop). I.got calls to keep me updated throughout which is all you can ask for. Loved this service! I got my wonderful Electric Bike in February and I cycle 20 miles a day to work and back! It honestly makes life so much less stressful! Colin and Sean were so nice and helpful with me making the decision. They advised on which was best for me. I didn't feel any pressure from them to buy as they want to make sure the customer is buying for the right reasons and make sure your happy with the amount you want to spend on the product. I eventually went ahead with my purchase and haven't looked back since. Best thing I ever bought! (Apart from my Epiphone & Gibson guitars😆)
